I offer in-person or distant energetic healing sessions. Both are equally powerful and beneficial.
Follow your intuition when booking your session.
During the in-person session, you can choose a combination of bodywork and reiki or a full reiki session. I will ask you to set an intention if you feel called, and allow the energy to flow through you.
If emotions arise, allow them to be released. You will lie on the massage table for the duration of the treatment and we will discuss any insights that may have been brought forward at the end of your session.
For distant healing sessions, we will try and organize a time that you can be still and undistracted, but it is not necessary. You can meditate or nap during the session or be going about your day as you normally would. The energy will be held from afar. You do not need to do anything. I will record my insights at the end of the session and send you a voice recording.
